Tasting Notes:
Medium gold in color, this wine displays aromas of baked apple, Meyer lemon zest, stone fruit and caramel. On the palate, this wine provides a rich mouth feel backed by a complex mix of flavors that include citrus, baking spice and butterscotch and is reminiscent of a beautifully represented white Burgundy. This concentrated wine is balanced by ample acidity that creates a persistent and memorable finish. A wonderful wine served as an aperitif or to accompany a delicious meal of fresh shellfish, poultry or pasta in a rich cream sauce. Enjoy now!
